The Peace and Social Concerns Committee provides a focal point of support for the various activities within the RMM community.
Peace Testimony, 1660/1661
We utterly deny all outward wars and strife and fightings with outward weapons, for any end or under any pretence whatsoever. And this is our testimony to the whole world. The spirit of Christ, by which we are guided, is not changeable, so as once to command us from a thing as evil and again to move unto it; and we do certainly know, and so testify to the world, that the spirit of Christ, which leads us into all Truth, will never move us to fight and war against any man with outward weapons, neither for the kingdom of Christ, nor for the kingdoms of this world.

Nous refusons absolument toutes guerres et luttes extérieures, ainsi que tous combats armés, quels qu'en soient le but ou le prétexte; tel est notre témoignage devant le monde entier. L'esprit du Christ qui nous guide ne varie pas, pour nous commander tantôt de fuir une chose comme mauvaise et tantôt nous pousser à la faire; et nous savons avec certitude et proclamons devant 1e monde que l'esprit du Christ qui nous conduit à toute vérité ne nous poussera jamais à nous battre ni à faire la guerre contre aucun homme les armes à la main, ni pour le royaume du Christ, ni pour les royaumes de ce monde.
