The Council
The governing body of QCEA meets twice a year to establish policy. It is composed of appointed representatives from Belgium and Luxembourg Monthly Meeting, Britain Yearly Meeting, Denmark Yearly Meeting, France Yearly Meeting, German Yearly Meeting, Ireland Yearly Meeting, Netherlands Yearly Meeting, Norway Yearly Meeting, Sweden Yearly Meeting, Switzerland Yearly Meeting, the European and Middle East Section of FWCC, European and Middle East Young Friends, the QCEA British Committee and the Vereniging van Vrienden van de Quaker Raad voor Europese Aangelegenheden (VVQREA). Both the QCEA British Committee and VVQREA are support groups (within Britain Yearly Meeting and Netherlands Yearly Meeting respectively) who support QCEA by raising funds for the work and contribute in many other ways.
The Clerk is Richard Condon (Member of Belgium and Luxembourg MM). The Assistant Clerk is Jethro Zevenbergen (Member of Netherlands YM). Both are appointed in their own right to these offices and not as representatives of their respective Meetings.

The British Committee
The British Committee exists to promote the work of QCEA among Friends in Britain Yearly Meeting. It organises meetings, provides information about the work of QCEA and seeks to raise money from Friends, Trusts and other interested sources.
