Find one area of international development work that interests you, and become informed.
- Read about the developing world in CFSC's Quaker Concern and in the New Internationalist Magazine
- Go to talks and meetings of CFSC, Oxfam, CUSO
- Financially support the work of CFSC, Right Sharing of World Resources, and FUM
- Read about Pierre Ceresole, founder of Service Civil International in Switzerland, one of the first international development organizations independent of churches or governments
- Become a "simple tourist" in Africa, Asia or Latin America
- Encourage your local Quaker meeting to take on a specific concern for a particular project such as one of CFSC's
