The Elise Boulding Fund for Peace Team Work The Elise Boulding Fund has been established to facilitate the participation in peace team work of people who might otherwise be unable to provide or raise funds to support their work. The fund is administered by Friends Peace Teams Project. Applicants to the fund are expected to follow procedures outlined for participants in Friends Peace Teams Project work. (See Volunteer Opportunities). Members and attenders of Friends Meetings and Friends Churches who are sponsored by their Meeting or Church are eligible for funding. Young people are especially encouraged to apply to the fund for assistance. Grants will cover a portion of the costs associated with peace team work including training, travel expense and peace team placement. Applicants will be supported by FPTP in grass roots fundraising within their home communities and sponsoring Friends Meetings or Churches. See Quaker volunteer opportunities for more information. TOP
