Memphis Corn Pudding

1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix or organic equivalent
1 16-17 oz can whole corn with juice
1 16-17 oz can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter or margarine

Cut the butter into the corn muffin mix.
Add all the rest and mix by hand (not beaters) til blended.
Grease a shallow 2 quart or 8x12 pan and pour in batter.
Bake 350 for 45-50 min. til set but not dry.
