PALESTINIAN & ISRAELI SPEAKERS
ANNAPOLIS, NOV. 26 Nidal Foqaha works as the Executive Director of the Palestinian Peace Coalition-Geneva Initiative(GI), a non-profit organization promoting peaceful settlement of the Palestinian – Israeli conflict.
Recently, Foqaha founded - along with other Palestinian colleagues - the Palestinian Liberal Forum. He is also a steering committee member of the Palestinian-Israeli Peace NGOs Forum, as well as a member of International Peace Research Assocation (IPRA) Council for the term 2006-2008.
Foqaha holds an MA degree in regional studies and has several published articles. He previously served as media and communication director for the Palestinian Media Center. Foqaha lives in Ramallah, married with three children.

Mossi Raz serves on the board of GI and is a former member of the Knesset, the Israeli legislature.
Raz also works as business manager of All for Peace (a Palestinian-Israeli radio station - allforpeace.org), chairs an executive committee of the Israeli political party -- Meretz, chairs an Israeli forum for ecological art, and serves on the board of an umbrella group for all Israeli environmental organizations.
He previously served as an Israeli Army officer. He earned his college degree at Hebrew University in economics and accounting.
- Israeli and Palestinian spokesmen supporting the unofficial Geneva Accord will discuss their peace initiatives at St. Anne's Church in Annapolis Monday evening (November 26, 2007) at 7:00. After their talks and a question-and-answer session, participants will be invited to join a candlelight walk for peace.
